It's like a getting person from the 1860's, and placing them in today's environment, If you told them there are invisible waves passing through their bodies. They'd laugh at you. But because we can recieve those waves using a transistor radio, we know they are there, and they are very real. When I was a young teenager I tried some experiments with Water divining. each time I was tested by different persons, on their properties, I was within 2 to 3 feet of the depth of the water and could tell if the water was salty or fresh. They knew the depth and type of water, because they had existing bores on their properties. They were quite shocked when I told them information, only they knew. Note: I'm not a water diviner by trade, I'm involved in the Computer Graphic Arts Industry. I know in my heart I'm no fake and that is all that matters, each to his own beliefs.
