For the price of $50,000 and the above formentioned 20% royalty interest plus landowners interest you will have the operatorship , lease and equipment. ( I DO NOT HAVE HISTORICAL PRODUCTION DATA). Very serious enquires only. If you are not willing to come and look and make an opinion for yourself, I'm not willing to type a novel explaining it all to you. This is a very cheap place to drill as compared to most places. most drilling is 10-11 dollars per foot. 1,800'- will encounter most of the usual 5+ possible oil horizons. This area is air rotary drilled and open hole completed.
I can e-mail well info such as well locations, drillers log, 3D map, area of lease, E-log( if ran), all info sent to the Ky Division of Oil & Gas, etc..
